Let it all out

Updated: Mar 10, 2022

Do you feel like you want to smash your fists against everything around you? Or like you’re going to burst into flames at any moment?

Anger. It’s one of the strongest and most frequent emotions we feel.

You’re probably familiar with it. I mean, everyone has had at least one time where they just couldn’t handle it and burst. If you haven't, then seriously, you need to get over here right now and take over writing this article! Now, let’s get back. These explosions, should I say, are normally caused by stress and a lot of pent-up frustration, caused by your work or school, maybe your love life, or yourself and the people you surround yourself with. Whatever the reason, there is absolutely no reason for you to torment yourself by keeping all of those complicated feelings inside of you!

I don’t know why you do it- I mean, everyone has different reasons behind their anger. Maybe you don’t want anybody to help you. If your answer is yes, then I get you. I get you so much. Why would you want someone to see your flaws and you at your worst? They could use that against you in the future or something along the lines, right?

Whether it is or not, that reason doesn’t really make a difference. You shouldn’t suppress all of your anger inside you. You’ll think about it way too much, and planning revenge will become a second instinct, a very unhealthy one at that. It’s not good, and you’ll never find your mind in a state of peace. It physically hurts after a while. Like, a lot. Don’t do that yourself. Let it all out and learn to control it instead of letting it control you.

I speak from experience. That anger will hurt the people you love and admire and will lead to nothing good if you confine it within yourself. Those people might get fed up and walk away; they have feelings, too, after all... maybe something that you have been working really hard towards. It’s not worth it, trust me. I’ve been waking up very early in the morning and going for a jog to try and convince my mum to let me go out with my friends. I just blew it. All that work, energy, and hope were wasted. You never wanted to feel this feeling
